If you are considering a career in Real Estate the first thing you have to obtain is a Real Estate license. We have in our office the required Washington Real Estate Fundamentals class. It is a 60 hour course and we offer it home study on your home computer or live in our classroom. The live class in our classroom meets three evenings per week.   New classes begin approximately every six weeks.

Your investment for the home study class is $345.00 or $395.00 for the live class in the class room.
